Network Auctions recently held their first partner agent conference at their new Central London auction venue, Glaziers Hall on the River Thames next to London Bridge.
Auctioneer and Director Guy Charrison (current Chairman of NAVA) chaired the morning’s programme which was attended by over 40 representatives from Network Auctions partner agents across the UK.
A first class line up of speakers included David Sandeman from auction information and data provider EI Group who spoke about the growth in auction transactions and about using the data and resources available.
David was followed by Boyd Mayover who gave a presentation on winning business through smart calling and good salesmanship.
Alan Kirkman of Tudor Estates in Southend then spoke about operating a successful auction partnership with network Auctions.
The final speaker was Michael Day of Integra Property Services who gave a presentation entitled Holistics and Ballistics and focused on integrated marketing strategies and the use of social media and e-marketing.
The conference was followed by networking over lunch and Network Auctions first Central London auction at which some 41 lots were offered from across the UK including Tyne and Wear, West Sussex and all points in-between.
Network Auctions Director Toby Limbrick said: “The day was a great success and feedback from our partner agents on the quality of the venue and our conference speakers was first class.
Results on the day at the auction were slightly subdued as many lots had secured buyers pre auction, a sign that our pre auction marketing was highly successful and sellers are regarding an offer from a good buyer as something to tie down and proceed with.
The move to Central London follows significant growth in our auction business and enables our partner agents and their clients to enjoy even greater exposure and provides access to a bigger regional, national and international marketplace.”
Network Auctions next auction will take place at the Glaziers Hall on May 3rd and lots are now being taken for inclusion.
