We are delighted to announce the appointment of our 100th partner agent office with Rolfe East in Sherborne joining our growing ranks across the UK.
The new office joins the West London offices in the Rolfe East stable in joining Network Auctions and has got off to a flying start with the inclusion of a fabulous Grade II listed property in Martock in Somerset as a lot in the next London auction on September 7th.
Toby Limbick, Managing Director of Network Auctions said: “We are delighted that the Sherborne office of Rolfe East has joined their fellow branches in becoming partner agents with us and we are excited at the opportunities to develop greater numbers of auction sales from that part of Dorset and surrounds.
To reach the milestone of 100 partner agent offices is clearly significant and we have added over twenty new locations in 2017 alone, with several more in the pipeline which we hope to announce shortly. We are still looking for more agents to join our ranks and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss working together to develop a successful auction offering with any like minded agents.
In regards our next auction, the lot in Martock is spectacular – a beautiful Grade II Queen Anne building which has been used as a small hotel but which has planning consent to revert to a private residence. The Guide Price is £875,000+ and it has attracted a lot of interest ahead of going under the hammer on September 7th.”
Laurence Truett of Rolfe East is equally enthusiastic about the new partnership and cites not only the traditional auction opportunities but those presented by Network Auctions’ Network E product as a key factor in choosing to join.
He said: “Network E is a fantastic product as it combines the best of private treaty selling with the greater certainty and speed of an auction. We expect this to prove very popular with clients.”
The next auction will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in Mayfair starting at 2pm on September 7th.
