July auction brought forward 24 hours

Due to a planned strike on the London Underground next Thursday, we have brought our auction forward 24 hours to Wednesday afternoon.

The venue is the same, the Grosvenor House hotel in Park Lane, London

The auction will be preceded at 1.15pm by a free to attend seminar from lawyer Frances Watts of The Head Partnership, entitled “Consideration when purchasing leasehold properties and an introduction to lease extensions”.

The 45-lot catalogue features properties with guide prices ranging from  £18,500 to over £4.5m.

Toby Limbrick, managing director of Network Auctions, said: “Obviously having to change the date of our auction at short notice is not ideal but I would like to thank the staff at the Grosvenor House for their assistance.

“With our huge database of potential buyers having already been informed and notice having been placed on our website and via our presence on social media, we are confident that the sale will still prove to be a huge success.

“Many bidders now do so by proxy, telephone or the internet and so will still be able to bid even if plans to travel to the auction have been affected by the enforced change.”
