Our first sale of 2015 has “something for everyone” and the added bonus of industry financial services expert Ray Boulger speaking on imminent pension change

Our March auction catalogue has over 64 lots with guide prices ranging from £10,000 for 1.2 acres of speculative development land near Staines upon Thames to £1.25 million for a site of 32 apartments in Torquay.

Other lots include an imposing gentleman’s residence in Dolton with a guide price of £400,000 and a freehold mixed commercial investment in Paignton opposite the station for £675-700,000.

Seller clients include lenders in possession, local authorities, executors, private sellers, PLC’s and asset managers all of whom appreciate the certainty, transparency and speed benefits of selling by auction.

The March auction will be a two day auction and takes place at our new London venue of The Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane on 3rd March and at Birmingham City Football Club on 11th.

We now hold eleven auctions a year with six in Central London and five in Birmingham. This is providing both sellers and buyers with increased opportunities and exposure to make a successful sale or purchase.

With bidding now possible live in the room, by telephone, by proxy and via the internet, we are ensuring that every opportunity to secure a sale is available to their seller clients. For buyers, these bidding options help make buying fast and straightforward.

The London auction on 3rd March starts at 2pm but people are invited to arrive early as leading financial and mortgage expert Ray Boulger of John Charcol will be speaking at a free to attend event at 12.30pm. This is an opportunity to hear Ray talking about the new pension changes that come into effect this April and which will provide many with opportunities to invest in the property market.
